Welcome to Rukramsera. By booking our event planning services or private theatre experience, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience for all our guests.

1. About Us

Rukramsera is a professional event planning and organizing service with over one year of experience in delivering exceptional, personalized events. Our services include event planning, coordination, décor, and exclusive private theatre bookings.

2. Services

We specialize in:

• Planning and organizing events, celebrations, and gatherings.

• Providing exclusive private theatre experiences.

• Offering custom décor, entertainment, and catering options (where applicable).

All services are tailored to client preferences, subject to availability and feasibility.

3. Rukramsera Private Theatre Usage Rules

1. Entertainment Access – We provide movie/OTT accounts for your convenience. Guests may enjoy their chosen content responsibly and without misuse.

2. Prohibited Activities – Smoking, drinking, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the theatre. A designated smoking zone is available.

3. Damage to Property –

   • Any damage to theatre property, including décor (balloons, lights, etc.), will incur a fine of ₹5,000.

   • Balloons, petals, and other decorations must remain intact and cause no mess or damage, or a ₹500 fine will apply.

   • Damage to the screen, projector, or other key equipment will result in a fine of ₹1,00,000.

4. Equipment Safety – Guests must not tamper with theatre equipment such as lights, AC, projector, or speakers. Violations will result in penalties.

5. Cleanliness – Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left untidy.

6. Prohibited Items – Party poppers, snow sprays, cold fire, sparkle candles, and similar items are strictly forbidden. Violators will be fined ₹10,000.

7. Entry Requirements –

   • Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Driving License) is mandatory and will be checked upon entry.

   • Couples below 18 years are not permitted. Guests under 18 may attend only in groups with prior approval.

8. Food & Pets – Outside food and pets are not allowed inside the theatre.

9. Behavior – Rukramsera reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests engaging in inappropriate behavior.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or email).

• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are only processed for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling may be offered based on availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

• Rukramsera is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.

• Guests are liable for any damage they cause to property or equipment.

7. Photography & Marketing

• We may take photos or videos during your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your booking date.

8. Amendments

          Rukramsera reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
