We do provide movie/OTT accounts. Guests are welcome to enjoy their favorite movies or recorded videos responsibly, without misuse.
Smoking, drinking, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the theatre premises. A designated smoking zone is available.
Any damage to the theatre, including decorative items like balloons or lights, will incur a fine of ₹5,000.
Balloons, petals, and other decorations must remain intact and not cause any mess or damage. Violation will result in a ₹500 fine.
Do not tamper with theatre equipment, including lights, AC, projector, and speakers. Violations may result in penalties.
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the theatre. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is left untidy.
Party poppers, snow sprays, cold fire, sparkle candles, or similar items are not allowed inside the theatre. Violators will be fined ₹1,0000.
Carrying a valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Driving License) is mandatory and will be checked upon entry.
Couples below 18 years are not permitted to enter. Guests under 18 may attend in groups with prior approval.
Outside food and pets are not allowed inside the theatre.
Any damage to the screen, projector, or other equipment will incur a fine of ₹1,00,000.
Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time.
Rukrams Era reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests engaging in inappropriate behavior.
By proceeding with the booking, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
